As we move into spring, fresh energy is in the air.  It's a great time to celebrate our students' accomplishments while looking ahead to even bigger goals.  Their hard work, creativity, and dedication continue to strengthen our schools and community.  Learning is in full swing across our schools, and students are diving deeper into their studies, engaging in thoughtful discussions, and growing in their skills every day.

This is Ms. Wilson’s first year in the Plum Borough School District and sixth year teaching English. She teaches yearbook, college writing, and ninth-grade English and serves as the poetry club sponsor and English Department Leader for Plum Senior High School.

The event sparked curiosity and excitement, offering something for everyone to enjoy. It was a celebration of discovery and innovation, leaving participants eager for more!

Mr. Betta’s fifth-graders are continuing to learn about the vibrant ecosystems in our community through the Creek Connections program from Allegheny College, which equips students to test the water in a local creek

Talented seventh and eighth-grade students from Plum Middle School recently competed in a K'Nex competition, where they successfully built an impressive Rube Goldberg machine! Their creativity, teamwork, and engineering skills were on full display as they designed a complex, chain-reaction contraption that amazed both the judges and spectators.

Dhruv Thakkar, Plum Senior High School senior, has been named a National Merit Scholarship Finalist.
