How to Get Technology Help

To get technology support in the Plum Borough School District, follow these steps based on your role:

Parents:

  • Email [email protected] for issues related to the one-to-one program, device filtering, and device technical support.
  • Provide detailed information in your email, including:
    • Description of the problem (device, browser, applications)
    • Student's first and last name
    • Student's school building
    • Parent's name and contact information
Staff Members:

  • Submit a support ticket by emailing [email protected] for all technology issues.
  • Include details such as:
    • Building where the issue is occurring
    • Device or applications experiencing problems
Students:

  • Email [email protected] (from your school-issued email account) to describe your issue.
  • Provide information about:
    • Building and grade you are in
  • For students in grades K-4, parents can input a ticket for them following the instructions for parents.
