Submitting a Technology Support Ticket and Remote Support

Students, staff, and families can submit a ticket by emailing [email protected]. We ask that you include as much information as possible when submitting your ticket.

If you are a staff member and need remote assistance, please follow the instructions in this document so that our technical team can support you with your technical issues moving forward. 

If you are a student with a Chromebook and need remote assistance, please follow the instructions in this document so that our technical team can support you with your technical issue.
