Ms. Charlene Payne, MBA, MS has more than 15 years in brand development and design, marketing planning and strategy, and project coordination with highly-matrixed work groups and teams. She has partnered with non-profit organizations and multinational companies to organize their digital footprint, conceptualize and maintain brand identity and perception, and create strategies to optimize their marketing initiatives.
Ms. Payne has conceptualized and executed complex integrated marketing campaigns to support information technology and public relations teams. She has led and managed in-house teams to produce a wide variety of collateral for consistent brand strategy and communications.
Ms. Payne joined the District in August of 2018, managing digital communications and coordinating technology support. She stepped in to fine tune and extend the brand and create Standard Operating Procedures. She also created multiple communication pieces to share the good news about the District, including PlumIS, Who We Are Wednesday, #PlumFamily, #PLUMforward, social media and PR campaigns, and the District Family Calendar.
