Make-A-Wish Campaign Events

To bring awareness and support to children who are battling critical illnesses, the Plum Borough School District will continue to participate in the annual Make-A-Wish Campaign throughout the months of November and December. In the upcoming weeks, Plum High School will partake in the following events to raise funds for this organization. #MAW #plumwish

History of the Holocaust Project
The History of the Holocaust course is continuing its project to collect paper clips. This collection represents the victims who perished in Nazi concentration camps/death camps.  Please donate your paperclips today by dropping them off in Room 211 or placing in Rochelle Dunn's mailbox.
No Strike - Forbes Technical Center


The Plum Borough School District has just received word from the Forbes Technical Center that the strike has been averted. Students will proceed with their normal daily routines to attend Forbes Technical Center.

Oblock‚Äôs REACH OUT is seeking the names of any Oblock/Plum graduate who unfortunately lost his/her life as a soldier for our U.S.A. REACH OUT is designing a commemorative memorial stone to honor them. Activity Buses
PHS activity buses are now running:
  • Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at 4:15.
  • Monday and Friday at 5:30. 
Registration hours are from 8:15 -11:45 and 1:00 - 3:00.  Please contact Regina Bauer at 412-798-6393 with any questions regarding registration. 
McKinney-Vento Letter
In compliance with the federal McKinney-Vento Homeless Assistance Act, as reauthorized in 2015 by the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA), Plum Borough School District is attempting to identify all children within the district that may be experiencing homelessness.  Click to read more.
