| My students and colleagues have inspired me to take this role as department leader. Over the past 22 years, I have seen our department collaborate to create curricula that are meaningful and relevant to our students, as well as passionately instruct them. I have watched our students embrace the task of learning other languages and cultures. As department leader, I feel that I am able to continue this very important work, continuously improving what we do for the benefit of our students. |
