Mr. Ryan Manzer joined Plum Borough School District as the Chief Financial Officer in July 2021. He is a Certified Public Accountant with eleven years of previous school district experience as the Business Manager of Freeport Area School District and the Assistant Director of Finance at Pine-Richland School District.  In addition, Manzer held positions in the corporate financial reporting department at PPG as well as a Senior Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP.
