Biographical Information:
Ms. Denise Sedlacek has been an educator for 39 years , and is beginning her 32nd year as an administrator in Southwestern Pennsylvania. Her experiences as an assistant superintendent, vice president of education, program director, supervisor of secondary curriculum and instruction, middle and high school principals and first and foremost, a teacher demonstrates her love of education and her commitment to students and families. As a district leader, Ms. Sedlacek has and will continue work to empower others, build capacity, and develop new leaders. Her hope in fulfilling her role is for the students and staff to inspire each other to dream more, learn more, do more and become more.
Ms. Sedlacek shares that her greatest accomplishment in her life is her two grown sons. She is so very proud of the young men they have become and who fill her life with joy.
