The fourteenth annual World Autism Awareness Day is April 2, 2021.  The month of April serves as Autism Awareness Month as well!

Joined by the international community, hundreds of thousands of landmarks, buildings, homes and communities around the world come together on April 2, Autism Awareness Day, to Light It Up Blue in recognition of people with Autism and those who love and support them. 

There are many ways you can raise awareness about Autism during the month of April:

• Wear blue: incorporate blue in your outfit
  
  

• Wear an Autism Speaks pin, bracelet, or accessory (available at http://shop.autismspeaks.org)
  
  

• Light your home blue and ask neighbors and friends to light their homes blue (blue light bulbs available at homedepot.com)
  
  

• Host a fundraiser and register your event on http://www.autismspeaks.org/LIUB
