The New Year is a time for new beginnings and sharpening our focus on what matters most in life. It’s also the perfect time to view your strategy for success through a fresh, new lens as well.
The District has been making great strides in rolling out key elements of our comprehensive strategy, such as implement InstantConnect, the district’s communications system, launching the new “District” app (downloadable from your Android or Apple store), restructuring the District website (www.pbsd.net), and the installing the state-of-the-art Security Vestibule, to name a few. These initiatives signify just a few of the changes you will actually be able to see happening across the District. There are also changes being made behind the scenes such as organizing vertical teams and curriculum-mapping to identify Department Leaders.
