The
Plum Borough School District’s Volunteer Policy (Policy #916) requires all Field
Trip Chaperones to submit to the district for review and
verification their Act 34, Act 114, and Act 151 clearances. Each
clearance must not be dated more than one (1) year prior to the date of
submission. It will be kept on file for three (3) years.
