Parent ticket creation process
Parents can submit a ticket by going to our Incident IQ remote portal.
- Go to https://pbsd.info/TechTicket
- Fill in the following information
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email Address
- School/Location of your student
- Click Continue
- Select the issue that is similar to what you're experiencing
- Provide a detailed description of the issue that you're experiencing
- Click Submit Ticket
- A technician will be in contact with you within 24 hours.

- For a better experience, parents can use their child's PBSD Google account to log on to our IncidentIQ using the student directions below.
Staff and Student ticket creation process
- Go to https://pbsd.incidentiq.com/
- Click on the blue LOG IN WITH GOOGLE button
- Sign in with your district account
- There will be a helpful video that will walk you through submitting a ticket.
