Parent ticket creation process

Parents can submit a ticket by going to our Incident IQ remote portal. 

  1. Go to https://pbsd.info/TechTicket
  2. Fill in the following information
    1. First Name
    2. Last Name
    3. Email Address
    4. School/Location of your student
  3. Click Continue
  4. Select the issue that is similar to what you're experiencing
  5. Provide a detailed description of the issue that you're experiencing
  6. Click Submit Ticket
  7. A technician will be in contact with you within 24 hours.

  9. For a better experience, parents can use their child's PBSD Google account to log on to our IncidentIQ using the student directions below.

Staff and Student ticket creation process

  1. Go to https://pbsd.incidentiq.com/
  2. Click on the blue LOG IN WITH GOOGLE button
  3. Sign in with your district account
  4. There will be a helpful video that will walk you through submitting a ticket.
