Technology Service Appointment

The Plum Borough School District will continue to offer drop-off and pick-up services throughout the summer. If you are experiencing an issue with a student one to one device or still need to pick up a one to one device, you can schedule an appointment by clicking the hyperlink below.
 
 

We will be changing the drop-off and pick-up location to the High School 900 Elicker Road, Pittsburgh PA, 15239. This change will take effect starting on June 1, 2020


You will walk up to door number 8 at the High School (the door right before the library entrance) and press the call button once you arrive to connect with one of our technology employees. They will then be out to receive or return your device. 


We are also still available to provide remote technical support to our staff, students, and families to address other issues. If you are having technology-related difficulties with anything which does not require in-person interaction with a technician, please submit a ticket for remote support.
