The Plum Borough School District offers technology pick-up and drop-off services. If you are experiencing an issue with a student one-to-one device or still need to pick up a one-to-one device, you can schedule an appointment by clicking the hyperlink below.
The location to of these appointments are at the Plum Senior High School, 900 Elicker Road, Pittsburgh PA, 15239
You will walk up to door number 49 at the High School (the door right before the library entrance) and press the call button once you arrive to connect with one of our technology employees. They will then be out to receive or return your device.
We are also still available to provide remote technical support to our staff, students, and families to address other issues. If you are having technology-related difficulties with anything which does not require in-person interaction with a technician, please submit a ticket for remote support.
