Communications Corner: Memories Lasting a Lifetime

It’s that time of year again! Shorter days and colder temperatures are typical weather patterns for late fall and winter in our region of the world. The awareness that they will come each year doesn’t make it any easier to navigate, especially with the stressful year. We have been barraged by political discord, cultural clashes, civil unrest, and a pandemic that doesn’t seem to be losing its grip on our families and our communities.

Holiday Park Students Participate in Virtual Strings Camp

Grammy-nominated fiddle player, Ryan Joseph, held a Q&A session with Holiday Park Elementary School students at a virtual strings camp on Friday, December 11. Ryan, who plays for Alan Jackson’s Country Band is a Commercial and Classical Violin Professor at Belmont University and Bluegrass Ensemble Director. He grew up locally and attended McKeesport School District and obtained a Music Education degree from Duquesne University.
