There are times when a parent, guardian, or community member has a question or concern and may be unsure where to begin. The Plum Borough School District uses a clear communication process to ensure you receive the proper support promptly.
Start with the people closest to your child:

They know your child best and can respond quickly. More extended conversations can be scheduled as needed.

Begin with the building principal, who ensures consistency and connects you with the right staff.
Still need help after working with the school?
Contact the appropriate district administrator (Curriculum & Instruction, Student Services, HR, Finance & Operations, Technology). School Board Directors focus on policy and governance, not daily operations. Our board directors do not forward, handle, or intervene in educational or operational matters. All Directors are notified when community correspondence is received.
